1 Acceptance of Terms

3 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at hiso33 at any one time. Opening additional or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved along with the forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. hiso33 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Use a strong and unique password for your hiso33 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the support team immediately.

Hiso33 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms without prior notice.

4 Deposit & Payments

Hiso33 supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysia players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and interbank bank transfers. All available payment methods are displayed on the platform's Deposit page.

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Deposit page and may change from time to time.

5 Fund Withdrawal
